Landau Forte SCITT has been recognised by Ofsted for the care and support it gives to trainee teachers. Our trainee teacher well-being is paramount and trainees have a great support network. Our Trainee Well-Being Lead will be there by your side throughout your training. Last year the SCITT had 100% retention of trainees throughout the partnership.
The training year is a challenging but rewarding year but there is always time for laughter. Trainees can attend regular well-being drop in sessions to improve their organisation and try out mindfulness and yoga sessions and extra-curricular events are organised throughout the year to build team spirit and a good support network of colleagues that you can lean on for the rest of your career.
